WRUP All DPS Players Are Sharks Edition

It's the right time to share a truth many MMO players don't know The truth is that all DPS players can be considered sharks. If you're wondering why so many DPS seem to be addicted to the mantra of the holy "GOGOGO," it's because slowing down for just a minute means the players will die. They must keep killing and swimming. This is what MMOs are doing to the sharks of the world. It's not necessary to ask how a shark can play or type. The rogue who refuses to wait for the healer, tank, or any other DPS can't help but to do what he does. He's a shark.

One of the Massively staff members could be a shark, but I cannot confirm or claim it. Maybe he or she announces his or his status as sharks in this week's WRUP or it's just our usual review of our weekend plans as usual. You won't know until you read onward, although you should tell us what you're doing in the comments whatever the case.

@Beau_Hindman - I'm definitely playing more State of Decay. It's a fantastic game and easily is one of my top choices for single player games of the year. For MMORPGs I'm experimenting with the limits of Minecraft's MMO-ness I'll be playing the latest patch for DC Universe Online, and I'll also be taking part in some action in Neverwinter, which I think is among the most beautiful and -sounding MMOs out there right now.

@nbrianna It should be an enjoyable experience!

@Eliot_Lefebvre: World of Warcraft is currently playing in my side game slot, and although there are many aspects that I'm still not happy with, I'm enjoying myself. Beyond that, I've got a lot of Final Fantasy XIV questing and endgame events that I want to participate in which is why that will be my main focus.

@Sypster I don't have any big plans for the weekend. I'm currently in the countdown mode for Lord of the Rings Online"Helm's Deep," so I'll probably try to run more scenarios in The Secret World and perhaps explore a bit of this World of Warcraft thing the kids are so excited about these days.

@mvmatt: My weekend plans include soup, schoolwork, and -- If I'm lucky, some video games.  More I'll be playing Warhammer Online, to remind myself why it was canceled and to reflect on the wonderful things that nearly kept it going until the servers shut down next month. Aside from that I'd love to spend some time with Guild Wars 2 and The Secret World, both of which I've neglected for quite some time. Perhaps, just maybe, I can cap some of the fools on Battlefield 4.

@MikedotFoster: This weekend, I'll be checking out the Three Spirits Dota 2 update. I'll also be back in World of Warcraft; that Warlords of Draenor announcement has me all riled again.

@MJ_Guthrie - I'm planning to focus my gaming time (and there will be some, illness be damned!) Trying to get more done in The Secret World's war on Filth. I would like to have the pet and the bee suit so desperately that I don't know how to collect enough tokens. But I will try! Did I mention I am stubborn? When not engaged in that I'll be slipping into a game or two, and testing new builds. I will also be spending the weekend deciding which race I will use for my own Channeler in EverQuest II. I've narrowed it down to Ratonga and Kerra. After that, it will take me about 30 hours to personalize the appearance. The name is only the beginning.

@RichieProcopio: This weekend I'll be intoxicated and hallucinating. No, I'm not planning to go to a frat gathering. I'll be going to the Tower of Nightmares in Guild Wars 2 to see what Scarlet and her new serpentine friends have been doing in Kessex Hills. Oh, and Hearthstone!

At the start of every weekend, we catch up with the Massively staff members and ask them, "What are you playing this week?" (Otherwise known as WRUP!) Join us to discover what we're doing in and out of game. And, be sure to join us in the comments to let us know the games you're playing!
